Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben is looking forward to facing former club Chelsea in the European Super Cup.

Champions League winners Bayern will meet Europa League champs Chelsea next season.

"Now we have the Super Cup against Chelsea - amazing!" Robben said.

"I'm looking forward to it. I already saw on my mobile I had text messages from JT and Lamps (John Terry and Frank Lampard)."

Asked if one of those messages had been from Mourinho, who sold Robben to Real Madrid when he was first at Stamford Bridge, the Dutchman said diplomatically: "I've had a lot of messages, I've not seen them all."
