Bayern Munich sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic insists Sadio Mane's future with the club isn't in doubt.

The former Liverpool striker was fined and suspended this weekend after physically clashing with teammate Leroy Sane after their Champions League defeat at Manchester City.

There were claims Bayern were prepared to terminate Mane's contract over the incident.

But Brazzo said: "I know that Sadio is a great guy. Everyone makes mistakes. It just happened to him on Tuesday.

"He accepted the fine and the situation is now over."

Asked if Mane was reacting after a racist insult from Sane, he added: "Leroy assured us very clearly that he had never said anything like that.

"Things were settled among themselves."
