German champions Bayern Munich have pulled out of the race to sign Declan Rice.
The West Ham midfielder is linked with some of the biggest clubs in Europe.
The box to box star is likely to join Arsenal, as they are the only club who are willing to pay the exorbitant fee that West Ham are seeking.
Per German transfer guru Florian Plettenberg, Bayern are pulling out of the race: "News #Rice: NO transfer! Bayern has decided today not to submit an offer after all - confirmed.
"It was the clear trend for days and as reported on Friday, because Rice became more and more expensive. He's on verge to join @Arsenal now! First call BILD. @SkySportDE."
Rice has also been linked to Manchester United and Chelsea over the past few months.
