Bayern Munich are tracking Fiorentina midfielder Riccardo Montolivo

The Italy international is being lined up by Bayern as a potential replacement for Bastian Schweinsteiger.

Fiorentina may listen to offers for their captain after they signed Gaetano D'Agostino from Udinese in June.

Montolivo has German roots as his mother comes from the country.
