Bayern Munich coach Niko Kovac has dismissed criticism from chief exec Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
Rummenigge was upset with Kovac talking up the prospect of signing Manchester City attacker Leroy Sane.
"I did not like the statement. Neither positive nor negative statements help," said Rummenigge.
However last night, Kovac was adamant he had done nothing wrong.
"I communicated with (City manager) Pep Guardiola. I discussed that with him, so there's nothing to add," said Kovac.
"What I have said is true, correct and absolutely verified."
Asked if there was a problem between himself and Rummenigge, Kovac added: "No, not at all."
