Bayern Munich chief Oliver Kahn has defended the scratchy form of summer signing Leroy Sane.
The Germany winger arrived for big money from Manchester City and has struggled to settle into Bundesliga action.
But Kahn insists: "I've been with Bayern for a long time and I know that new players need time to fully develop their skills.
"Leroy, between the others came from a serious injury."
The young winger, in 16 games, has scored 5 goals, mostly playing as a substitute.
