Bayern Munich director Matthias Sammer has made it vehemently clear that the German champions want to retain the services of Toni Kroos.
The 24-year old German midfielder emerged on the radar of Manchester United during the winter transfer window and there are suggestions the Red Devils could continue their pursuit in the summer.
With this news in hand, former Borussia Dortmund ace Sammer said that Kroos was wanted by Bayern and was hoping that the ex-Bayer Leverkusen loanee committed himself to the Bavarians.
"We are aware that Toni Kroos is a very good player," Sammer told Sky Deutschland.
"We actually have a contract left to go with Toni Kroos and we clearly would want to keep on with him.
"Everyone at Bayern Munich is sharing this point of view."
