Bayer Leverkusen chief Rudi Voeller says they're determined not to lose Lars Bender.
The Germany midfielder is back on the agenda of Arsenal, where manager Arsene Wenger failed with a massive offer for him last summer.
Voeller insisted: "First, we have not received any offer. In addition, Lars wants to stay with us.
"We're not going to sell Lars Bender. We have high goals."
