Arsenal are refusing to budge on their asking price for Granit Xhaka.
Bayer Leverkusen appeared all set to sign the Switzerland midfielder last month.
However, the move has stalled with Arsenal insisting he will only leave for €25m. TMW says Bayer's last offer was for €15m, which Arsenal have thrown out.
Arsenal will not consider anything less than €25m for Xhaka, with manager Mikel Arteta keen to keep hold of him.
For his part, Xhaka is also refusing to force things at his end, so leaving Bayer needing to match his valuation if a deal is to be struck.
