Bayer Leverkusen chief Rudi Voller isn't surprised by Miroslav Klose's success at Lazio.

Klose has been a revelation since his arrival from Bayern Munich in the summer.

"Why should I be surprised? Klose is an excellent striker and it is only normal that he would do well in Italy," former Roma star Voller told the Corriere dello Sport.

"Great attackers remain great attackers and, even if time goes by, they never lose their goal touch.

"Miro has had some amazing years in his career and he's won numerous honours with Bayern Munich. Now he's found another great club in the form of Lazio and he'll continue to do well."
