FC Basel manager Paulo Sousa has urged his side to play an intense brand of football against Liverpool this week.
The Swiss club take on the Reds at Anfield in the Champions League in their final Group B fixture on Tuesday which could decide who joins Real Madrid in the Round of 16.
Basel got the better of Liverpool 1-0 in their earlier group stage clash at the beginning of October and Sousa is hoping his side can produce a similar performance on Merseyside and book their place in the knockout phase of Europe's premier club competition.
"We want to have lots of personality, ambition and intensity in our game," he said. "We must create difficulties which will allow us to have opportunities to score in the game.
"We will put them more under pressure and hopefully we can have another magical night where the performance will be outstanding and the result of the game will be in our favour."
Basel are currently second on the group standings with six points, two ahead of Liverpool, meaning a draw will be enough to see them through.
