Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has refused to rule out a bid for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.
The Frenchman is a confirmed target for Barca chief Ariedo Braida.
"Pogba? We're tracking a lot of players," Bartomeu told RAC1.
"That's our obligation. A lot of different players, with a style similar to ours are interesting.
"As for the transfer ban, they [any players signed] could train and play pre-season friendlies. Another option would be to stay at their club until January, but those we spoke to would be honoured to come to Barça straight away."
