Beppe Baresi is delighted for Jose Mourinho after winning the Capital One Cup with Chelsea.

Baresi was No2 to Mourinho when Inter Milan won the Treble.

"This victory is the confirmation of his determination and his skill," Baresi told TMW of Chelsea's victory over Tottenham.

"He is able to always reach the goals set. It took some time for him, and this may be the beginning of a winning cycle, they can really have a great season.

"The team knows him well and had good memories of him from the previous two years, they love him. They already knew what was coming, Chelsea has no secrets."
