Barcelona are willing to compromise on the price for Atletico Madrid to sign permanently on-loan striker Antoine Griezmann.

The two clubs have long been in dispute over the €45m option in Griezmann's two season loan.

Mundo Deportivo says the Blaugrana would like to try to find a different solution. There have not yet been direct contact between the two clubs, but Barça's intention is to sit down to negotiate with the Colchoneros and propose to lower the price.

Barca would be willing to go as low as €25m - with the proposal to be made before the match that will see them clash in La Liga on January 7 or 8.
