Barcelona are ready to include two players in their bid for Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany. The People says Barcelona will use Alexis Sanchez as bait in their bid to land Manchester City defender Kompany this summer.

Barca will let Sanchez and 22-year-old defender Marc Bartra move to the Etihad as part of any package for the City skipper.

Kompany was publicly castigated by manager Roberto Mancini last week after playing for Belgium in a World Cup qualifier the previous Tuesday against Macedonia and Barcelona are waiting to see if there are any long-term consequences.
