Barcelona whizkid Riqui Puig says they thoroughly deserved victory in the UEFA Youth League final yesterday.

Barca defeated Chelsea 3-0 to win the competition.

"We are a bit out of all this," said Puig.

"We are in the best team in the world and today it has been more than proven once again that the youth system is at this level."

Puig is already training with the first team.

And he added: "I think that comparing myself with players like Xavi, Iniesta or Messi is creating a lot of pressure, because they have marked an era and there are few players that can reach that level.

"Messi is a reference in everything, even though my idol was Xavi."
