Barcelona starlet Alejandro Balde has named English giants Manchester United as a team he admires.

The 19-year-old left-back is a highly-rated, exciting talent from the Catalan giants' La Masia academy.

Balde, who has played 12 of the club's 14 La Liga games this term, praised United on TikTok.

He was asked if he would play for “A club other than Barcelona" during a TikTok Q&A hosted by Mundo Deportivo.

Balde answered with Man United, but that does not suggest his future lies away from Barca.

His agent Jorge Mendes is in talks with the club about a renewed deal on a greater salary, and with a larger buy out clause.
