Barcelona star Lionel Messi has ruled out playing in the Premier League. Chelsea and Manchester City would welcome the chance to sign the Argentine.

But he told Sky Sports: "My idea has been to always stay in Barcelona and see out my career here. I wasn't old enough to see the great teams from history we are compared with, but from what I have seen I think Barcelona is the best."
