Barcelona star David Villa has suffered a fractured leg in today's FIFA Club World Cup meeting with Asian champions Al Sadd.
The Spain international sustained the injury in the first half of the match, which Barca won 4-0, and had to be replaced by Alexis Sanchez in the 39th minute.
The early stages of the diagnosis suggests that Villa has fractured his tibia and will be sidelined for around six months.
