La Liga champions Barcelona are ready to renew their interest in Manchester City star Bernardo Silva.

The Portuguese attacking midfielder is the creative star that Barca hope to add to their talented squad.

Per Mundo Deportivo, Barca coach Xavi has reiterated to the club to do everything possible to secure the player.

However, City are not willing to sell Bernardo for a low fee, and Barca have limited funds.

Bernardo was linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, but appears to have turned down that approach.

The midfielder believes he still has a lot of time to succeed in Europe before chasing a mega money deal later in his career.
