Thiago Alcantara is fast emerging as one of the revelations of the season at Barcelona.
After just two starts, the midfielder has the press in both Barcelona and Madrid predicting great things for the youngster.
Thiago was again impressive in victory over Almeria, scoring on the weekend.
"The players of B are to contribute something. When we are asked of anything, we're prepared," he said.
"Playing in the first team is a reward for the hard work with B."
