Barcelona president Joan Laporta rates Samuel Eto'o ahead of Manchester United ace Cristiano Ronaldo.
"Eto'o can be compared to Adebayor, a very good player," Laporta told Sport.es. "Berbatov? You can't compare what he does to what Eto'o does. Drogba? You can't for age reasons. Benzema? He has a good present and a better future but he is not mature yet.
"Cristiano Ronaldo? I'd rather keep Eto'o. In each case we would have lost something, always, as when Samuel is motivated and fit, he is animated. When Eto'o is committed, no one is above him."
