Barcelona midfielder Sergi Busquets was delighted with their 4-0 defeat of Villarreal.

Busquets has called for people to be calm in their praise of Ansu Fati after the teenager put in a dominant display as Barcelona opened their LaLiga Santander campaign.

The Spanish youngster scored twice in the Catalans' win, again stealing the headlines as he had on a number of occasions last season.

"We have to be calm with him," Busquets urged.

"We know the ability he has. He's tremendous.

"We have to let him play his football and make the most of the good form he's in."

Ronald Koeman set Barcelona up in a 4-2-3-1 formation that had Busquets playing slightly more advanced than he has in previous years.

"It's a different system with new teammates," the midfielder commented.

"We're all trying to adapt as quickly as possible, but winning will give us all confidence."
