Barcelona identities Cruyff, Xavi slam scared, long ball Real Madrid

Barcelona legend Johan Cruyff has slammed Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho, branding him "scared" after Saturday's 1-1 draw. Despite being forced to play with ten men, Cruyff slated the tactics of the Special One.

"The greatest compliment he gave Barca was with his lineup. To play at home with seven defenders shows that you have to be very afraid," taunted Cruyff.

"Mourinho is a coach of titles, not football. Or rather, not a football coach if we understand the sport is a spectacle or entertainment for those who watch it, either at home or live in the stadium."

Barca midfielder Xavi also declared: "Even playing at the Bernabeu we have maintained our way of playing against a Madrid which did not want to play, which only sought to kick long balls."
