Barcelona are favourites for Valencia striker David Villa after his agent ruled out a move away from Spain.

Valencia have confirmed an approach from Manchester City earlier this year, but Villa's agent, Jose Luis Tamargo, insisted last night the striker was not interested in moving abroad.

"He will not move abroad, we have been clear about that," said Tamargo. "His future is in Spain.

"He's not interested in the money."
