Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde insists Arturo Vidal is not for sale.

Valverde says they cannot afford to lose the midfielder after allowing Carles Alena to join Real Betis on-loan.

"I don't think this contractual situation will affect the sporting aspect," said Valverde in his press conference.

“Vidal is training well, as always, and has to sort the matter out with the club. We'll find a solution internally, it's not the first time something like this has happened and it won't be the last. I see no problem.

“After Carles Alena's move (to Real Betis in loan), nobody else will leave."
