Barcelona are chasing Bayern Munich centre-forward Luca Toni. Gazzetta dello Sport says Barca coach Pep Guardiola is good friends with Toni and has spoken to him about a move to the Nou Camp this summer.

The pair became close when playing together at Brescia and Guardiola made contact with the striker last week.

For now, however, Toni is focusing on Italy's Confederations Cup.
