Marca says a deal has been struck which will see Villarreal earn £10 million from the Uruguayan's sale, with the remaining £4 million going to the youngster's agent, Daniel Fonseca.

Fonseca initially was due a massive 50 per cent of any fee for Caceres, but after several rounds of talks, he agreed to drop his demands to smooth his client's move to the Nou Camp.
