Barcelona chief Jordi Mestre was angry after Sergio Busquets was hacked down in victory at Eibar.

The midfielder was injured after suffering an ankle high challenge.

Mestre said: "Sergio is a huge player. He is not recognized at the awards level, but we know how important he is. We have struggled to get onto the field, but then the team has recovered and Denis and others have played a good role."

On the Busquets tackle, Mestre was adamant.

"The trample has not come from the sky."
