Barcelona sports chief Mateu Alemany says the departures of Sergi Busquets and Jordi Alba will help their Financial Fair Play issues.

The pair will depart at the end of the season and played their final home game yesterday against Real Mallorca.

Alemany said: "Both Jordi and Busi are two legends.

"Two incredible players, one of the best in history in their position. They deserve this collective recognition. They are emotional moments for the people and for the player a bit of everything.

"There's satisfaction and a bit of sadness."

He also admitted: "It's true that their exits help in fair-play."
