Barcelona captain Sergi Busquets admits they weren't at their best against Girona.
Monday night's Catalan derby finished in a 0-0 stalemate.
"In the first half they had a bit more of the ball." Busquets said. "They put players inside and we didn't press well. As the minutes went by, they got stronger and we struggled to make the final pass.
"We had chances in the first half, but it wasn't to be. We lacked the luck and finishing of other days. In the second half, we had a lot of chances, but they closed down with a line of five."
The Barça captain also stressed: "We have to get players back because that will make us stronger.
"Our idea is that the better we are collectively, the better for the attacking players, he said. "We're all in the same boat, but when you can't, you can't. We've gained another point on Madrid."
