Barcelona presidential candidate Agustí Benedito wants to add Juventus star Paul Pogba to his ticket.Efe says he has opened negotiations with the president of Juventus, Andrea Agnelli, to secure the services of Pogba.

A few weeks ago a representative of the Barça presidential candidate was dispatched to open talks with Pogba, 22, and it is expected that a meeting between Benedito and Agnelli cold take place after the Champions League semi-finals are over.

As Barcelona have been banned by Fifa from signing players until January 1, 2016, the agreement between the clubs will see the France international remain at Juventus for the 2015-16 season and join Barcelona next summer.
