Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola canceled his side's training on Sunday as he feels his side is exhausted ahead of Wednesday's Champions League meeting with Arsenal in London.
Barca' managed a 1-1 draw with Sporting Gijon on Saturday thanks to an 80th minute David Villa goal and the star striker admitted that the Rojiblancos made life difficult for his side ahead of the vital Gunners clash.
"They made it very difficult for us. They managed to do what all sides try to do but usually without success. They suffocated us in midfield and made sure Andres Iniesta and Xavi could not play their football," Villa said.
Guardiola will now hold training on Monday after deciding they needed a break the day after their tough trip to Gijon.
