Barcelona striker David Villa was delighted with his double for Spain in their Euro victory over the Czech Republic. Villa hit both goals in the 2-1 win.
"You [journalists] expected us to score many goals, but not us," the Barcelona striker told Al Jazzeera Sports. "Today's opponents were tough and the match was difficult. They opened the scoring and complicated our task. But we played well, although Petr Cech pushed back several of our attempts."
He added: "I am glad to have scored these goals, especially those that were important."
