AC Milan chief Barbara Berlusconi is excited by the impact of Keisuke Honda on and off the pitch.
Honda arrived in January from CSKA Moscow.
Barbara was speaking with Vogue Japan: "We believe that he is a player who can make a difference. We needed a playmaker that was adaptable from a tactical point of view.
"Milan had followed Honda for a while and he is a playmaker that responds to this need.
"In addition to this, within a few days he has become a point of reference for others in the dressing room."
