Aston Villa midfielder Barry Bannan is convinced good times are around the corner.
He is looking for a more consistent level at home to Wigan this weekend and expects those players who are still establishing themselves to build on what they did against QPR.
"There are a few lads who've not played for a while and are a bit low on confidence," Bannan said in the Daily Star.
"I thought Stephen Ireland was terrific and Fabian Delph and the others who have not played many games did well.
"We're looking for them to kick on. We started to play some great football after we got a bit of confidence in the second half.
"But the equaliser, a goal like that, was a killer and it felt like a loss.
"Hopefully we will show against Wigan we can perform for 90 minutes."
