Tottenham attacker Gareth Bale has been agonising over his future in recent days. The Mail on Sunday says Bale will hold talks with Tottenham before the summer transfer window opens to discuss his future amid growing interest from Real Madrid in the £60million Welshman.
Both Bale and Spurs are keen to avoid the tense stand-off that marred relations between Luka Modric and the club two summers ago. White Hart Lane chairman Daniel Levy blocked Modric's move to Chelsea on that occasion but sold him to Real the following summer.
Bale is keen to explore his options as Europe's hottest property, particularly as Spurs missed out on qualifying for the Champions League on the final day of the season.
