Bakayoko key as AC Milan eyeing three more Chelsea players

Chelsea and AC Milan are set for more transfer talks over several Blues players.

Out of favour stars Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic, plus Ruben Loftus-Cheek, are all admired by the Serie A side, according to Calciomercato.com.

But it's claimed Tiemoue Bakayoko, who is on loan at AC Milan, could scupper any potential deals.

The 28-year-old signed for the Italians in 2021 on a two-year loan that included the option to buy for £11million.

While AC Milan are not interested in buying the midfielder, there are clauses in his contract that would trigger an obligation to buy.

Playing 15 games of at least 45 minutes over the two-year period would mean AC Milan have to pay to sign him permanently.

Bakayoko has played 45 minutes or more just seven times for the club, who tried to cancel his loan a year early in the summer.

It's thought he has not played a single minute of football this season because the Italians do not want to fork out the money to sign him.

And AC Milan risk ruining their relationship with Chelsea by purposely not playing Bakayoko.
