Back problem keeps Coloccini out of Newcastle line-up

Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has revealed that captain Fabricio Coloccini will be back in action in two weeks.

The Argentine defender has been struggling with a back injury that kept him out of the weekend's loss to Swansea City and will also see him miss the Europa League Round of 32 first leg with Anzhi Makhachkala this Thursday.

"I don't think it's that worrying, but it is a back injury, so we have to be careful," Pardew said.

"I think a couple of weeks."
