Auxerre midfielder Brahim Konate is interesting Everton.

The Liverpool Echo says Everton have been linked with a move for Konate.

The 19-year-old is said to be on Roberto Martinez's radar and reports online today say the Blues boss could make a January move for the starlet.

Konate has started featuring for Auxerre's first-team in Ligue 2 this campaign after impressing for their reserve team in recent seasons.

The defensive midfielder has played the last four matches for Auxerre.
