Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio is proud of their summer market work.
The Nerazzurri brought in Nemanja Vidic, Dodo, Yann M'Vila, Gary Medel and Dani Osvaldo, but are seen in some quarters as still light up front.
"My conscience is clear, and I believe that we had our directives and we met them all," sporting director Piero Ausilio has told Inter Channel.
"The objective was to stay within the parameters given and we have done that. The salary budget has been reduced and now stands at about 70m.
"The average age of the team is 25.6 years, almost two-and-a-half years less than in recent years."
