Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres has explained quitting AC Milan. Torres has been outstanding since leaving the Rossoneri in January.
"Were the struggles down to a physical matter? No," he told AS.
"I went with expectations and ideas that were not met. I went to Italy to play, to be an important player and I didn't feel like that at any moment.
"I went in and out of the team, one day I played and the next I didn't. It's not what I had agreed from the beginning.
"My relationship with the club was excellent and I have no reproaches.
"But when you see that things are neither going to change nor to improve, you feel uncomfortable."
