Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan has played down talk of a return to Manchester United.
United coach Rene Muhlesteen revealed yesterday he had exchanged texts with the Uruguay international about an Old Trafford return.
"I am very happy in Madrid and I have three years left on my contract with Atletico. I will not go," said Forlan.
"Now I want to have another season as good or better than the one just completed."
