Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo admits they miss Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
The Belgian enjoyed three successful seasons on-loan with Atleti before joining Chelsea in the summer.
"We miss Thibaut," said president Cerezo Monday.
Courtois was awarded this week the Trofeo Zamora for last season.
"Thibaut wanted to be here but could not," said the president. "He sends us all a big hug. He has fond memories of Spain.
"He was in fact always a Chelsea player, even though he has played three seasons for us. We have to thank him and Chelsea for everything he has done for Atlético Madrid and Spanish football."
