El Larguero says Saul has been offered to Juve in the wake of news of Paul Pogba's knee injury.

The France midfielder faces two months out after suffering a knee injury in training on the weekend.

Atletico have contacted Juve to offer Saul as a replacement, with the midfielder not at the forefront of coach Diego Simeone's plans.

Saul spent last season on-loan at Chelsea, where he battled for minutes.
