Atletico Madrid have launched a bid for Espanyol goalkeeper Carlos Kameni.
Espanyol chiefs are resigned to losing the Cameroon international at the end of this season as he comes off contract in June.
El Mundo Deportivo says Atletico have already made contact with Kameni's agents and see the keeper as a replacement for Leo Franco.
