Atletico Madrid are eyeing Napoli striker Arek Milik.

Atletico see the Pole as a replacement for Diego Costa after he was released from his contract yesterday.

Marca says Milik is someone who is of interest to Los Colchoneros. He is exiled in Italy, and his situation at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, where he hasn't even been named among their squad, makes him a logical target.

Both Napoli and Atletico have a good relationship, but a loan deal could be a little more complicated than it would otherwise be as the player's contract expires in June.

Napoli, for their part, are desperate to prevent Milk from joining Juventus. He hasn't played a single minute for the Partenopei since facing Barcelona on August 8, having refused to renew his contract at the club.

For now, Atletico's priority is finding an agreement with Costa - and Milik has become a target.
