Atletico Madrid have joined the battle for Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic.

The Mirror says Jovetic is a £12m target for Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan.

Jovetic, 25, is unhappy after being axed from City's Champions League squad and that has opened the door to a summer exit.

With the January arrival of Wilfried Bony the Montenegrin figures to be fourth choice up front behind Sergio Aguero and Edin Dzeko.
