Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann says victory over Celta Vigo was a team effort.

Griezmann opened the scoring for Atletico Madrid during their 2-0 victory over Celta Vigo, after some quality saves from Jan Oblak, but the forward praised the work of the whole team.

"And what would we do without our teammates, our coach and the people in the offices," the No.7 replied during the interview on BeIN Sports.

Griezmann brought up a specific example, explaining that Antonio Adan had given him a tip for his freekick goal.

"Adan had told me to hit it to the side of the goalkeeper," he revealed.

"He tells me things every match.

"He told me this today and the goal was for him."
