Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan is backing Liverpool to beat Chelsea today at Anfield.

The former Manchester United striker stunned Anfield with the goal that knocked Rafa Benitez's side out of the competition on Thursday.

But Forlan said: "Chelsea will have an even tougher game with Liverpool now. Liverpool will be disappointed after losing to us and will want to play well in front of their own fans.

"It won't be easy for United at Sunderland but, of course, I hope my old club once again win the title. I am still a United fan."
